Refund policy

NON-CUSTOM ITEMS (items that have no customized wording or art) can be returned within 15 days of purchase. We offer free returns for domestic orders within this time frame. For non-domestic orders, a shipping label will be provided after an invoice is paid for the shipping costs. Please contact julie@juliebluet.com with your order number in the subject title to arrange a return. Once returned, you will receive an account credit within 1-2 days.
